📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
📬 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
🦎 Live Animal Shipping (Reptiles)
We take the safety of our animals seriously.
- Live reptiles are shipped via overnight priority service only
- Shipping is scheduled Monday–Wednesday to avoid delays
- We may hold shipment if temperatures are unsafe
- Someone must be available to receive the package on delivery
Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG):
- Applies only when the package is received on the first delivery attempt
- Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos/videos
📦 3D Printed Products
- All 3D printed items are securely packaged to prevent damage
- Minor imperfections may occur due to the printing process
- PLA products are sensitive to heat—avoid prolonged exposure above 140°F
🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
⚠️ Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
